i always hate doing the whole "summing up the year" thing, especially because for me the new year is always starting in september even though i'm no longer in school because i graduated college in 2009, hurrah. other notable activities included going to obama's inauguration, a road trip through the deep south, disney world, new orleans, two new jobs, moving houses and acquiring a room with a fireplace, guinea pig comings and goings, for some reason always ending up at dance parties even though i claim i hate dancing, etc etc. too bad there isn't a picture of me reading anna karenina, that was my big fall achievement. also it's weird that all in this decade i graduated middle school, high school and college. this year was actually pretty harsh when i think about it but i certainly managed to emerge with good memories. right after this i am going to my cousin's mad men theme party.
